East Side ADU

This Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), currently in design, will be built in a neighborhood on the near east side of Madison where small lots are typical. The dwelling will be located above a two car garage and access by an interior stair. The rendering on the lower left demonstrate a design that reflects the style and materials of the main house built in the 1920s. The image on the lower right shows an interior cutaway of one of the dwelling unit layouts being explored with the client.
