Evergreen Garage

This garage is designed to function as a workshop but easily convert to a garage in the future. Located in an east side neighborhood, the new structure is meant to reflect the style of the main house. Because of the workshop function, the slab, walls and ceiling were super-insulated and air sealed in order to help keep the space more comfortable for workshop functions. The interior ceiling was finished with a variety of reused wood from the old garage.
