Mazo High-Performance
This high-performance house in Mazomanie was designed for a young military family looking to put down roots on a large semi-rural lot next to family already living on an adjacent lot. The renderings below show the current version of the design. The goal was to build a simple, modern house inspired by Scandanavian design while applying passive house principles. On the interior, more focus was placed on spaces the family could hang out together while bedroom sizes were minimized. Unfortunately, circumstances changed for this client and they had to put off their plans a bit longer, so this house has not yet been built.
I designed this project during my time at TDS Design Build.
