West Side Exterior

This home on Madison’s near west side, originally a one story bungalow, had received a previous addition that increased the home’s size but not it’s curb appeal. The owner of this house want to bring back the charm that was lost in the addition. The design included replacing siding, rebuilding the roof deck to address privacy and solve some water management issues, and generally creating a more cohesive look. The end result is a home whose outside matches its inside.

I was the designer for this project that was completed during my time at TDS Design Build.
